Available at our in In House facilities for a minimum of 50 guests per 3 stations.
Additional stations may be selected at a rate of $4.50 per person per station.
Station Choices:
Pasta Station:
Three assorted pastas, three assorted sauces, tossed Caesar Salad, Italian garlic bread.
Mexican Fiesta Station:
Build your own fajitas and tacos to include beef and chicken strips, soft and hard taco shells, tortillas, Spanish rice and refried beans. Also includes appropriate relishes and condiments.
Stir Fry Station: (Chef required at $75.00 per hour per 3 hours)
Choice of two chicken, beef OR pork, with vegetables and marinades. Steamed rice and mini egg rolls.
Carving Station: (Chef required at $75.00 per hour per 3 hours)
Roast top sirloin OR smoked turkey OR honey glazed ham, with petit pains and appropriate condiments.
