Hot Luncheon Buffet

Includes: Entrée Selections, Tossed Garden Salad with Dressings, Specialty Salad, Vegetable Du Jour, Potato or Rice Du Jour, Dinner Rolls & Butter, Dessert, Iced Tea, Iced Water, Coffee and Tea.

BEEF:

London Broil Au Jus

Tender flank steak in our own marinade. Char grilled, thinly sliced and served with its own natural juices.
Beef Bourguignonne
Tender cubes of sirloin steak, lightly seasoned and braised in red wine with mushrooms, onions and demi-glace.
Steak Diane
A luscious beef filet topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms; finished with a brandy cream sauce.
Ginger Beef*
Lime, soy and ginger marinated flank steak, grilled to perfection and served cut on the bias.
POULTRY:

Chicken Aux Fines Herbs

Seasoned chicken breast, sautéed with shallots, lemon and fine herbs in a light cream sauce.
Crescent City Chicken
Chicken breast seared with our own New Orleans seasoning blend; filled with a chorizo cornbread stuffing and finished with a thyme jus.
Grilled Chicken Breast*
Grilled chicken breast served with a fresh seasonal fruit salsa.
Saffron Chicken*
Saffron chicken served with a sweet tomato jam.
PORK:

Grilled Marinated Pork Medallions

Boneless, center cut pork cutlets, lightly marinated and char grilled.
Sautéed Pork Chops*
Sautéed thick-cut pork chops with a ginger and fuji apple sauce.
Pork Loin
Center cut pork loin with a cranberry zinfandel relish.

Penne pasta, sautéed seasonal vegetables and light herb cream sauce.
