Our on-campus dining and conference facility is 70,000 square-feet of dining space that can accommodate up to 850 people. With eight unique dining format options on two levels, including a brick oven pizza, Euro kitchen, Asian station, delicatessen, salad bar and more, Holloway Commons has just about every food item you can imagine, all prepared before your eyes with the freshest ingredients.

For elegant sit down dinners and buffet-style meals, we offer a wide variety of expertly prepared dining options to satisfy every budget and appetite. Our mission with each and every event is to provide a quality of food and distinction of service that’s befitting a past winner of the Loyal E. Horton Award for Catering. Our professional chefs use only the freshest ingredients, expertly prepared to make every meal a savory sensation.  And if you have any special requests for vegetarian or other special diets, simply let us know and we would be delighted to accommodate you and your guests. We even offer the always-popular chocolate fountain with a variety of dipping options. Elegantly tiered, our chocolate fountain is the perfect centerpiece for the room.
